At Veracity Protocol, we appreciate your use of and contributions to our websites, our mobile and desktop applications, our other collection, preservation, visualization, dissemination and/or our related services (collectively known as the "Services," or, each individually, a "Service"). We respect your privacy and we are committed to protecting your Personal Data. This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, applications, and electronic communications and informs visitors with the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data if anyone decides to use our Service.

Whenever you use our app, in case of an error we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (IP) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian, and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take such actions.

Google user data

We are storing Google Account email addresses only for informational purposes in application. We also use Google Account email address for analytics and bug tracking. We do not share your Google Account email address with anyone. We are not storing, using, sharing, or accessing your Google Account personal info you've made publicly available. We are not associating you with your personal info on Google. We are not creating or deleting configuration data in your Google Drive. We connect to your Google Drive with the Dataset Creator application to create files on your Google Drive. We are also using information if the uploaded files exist on Google Drive to check whether the file upload was successful. We are not editing or deleting specific files that you use or create with the Dataset Creator application.

Retention of Your Personal Data

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Our company will also retain your Personal Data for internal analysis purposes.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your Personal Data is processed at the company's operating offices and in other places where the third parties are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those from your jurisdiction. Do Not Track Disclosure – California Residents
